 These water bags are designed to be used with our x-stands. When filled with sand, they provided the necessary load to provide a strong foundation for your feather flag set.   Simply fill the water bag bladder with water, secure the cap, and place on top of your flag's X-Stand base. Water Bag Comes With: Empty water bladder. Integrated screw to seal the bag when full.
